I have to admit.....

...I just have NOT been in the blogging mood lately. I have been way too busy enjoying my kids to even think about posting on here. And when I'm not enjoying my kids, it usually means they are asleep, which means i'm working on falling asleep. :) So, I'll just update real quick [without pics, sorry] and see you all around.

-We enjoyed Miss Bryn-Bryn's birthday party this weekend. It was lovely weather and we all, as a family, got to go and enjoy it together. Matt seems to always be working when there is a birthday party, so I was more than ecstatic about him being there. Then we came home and enjoyed some family time. Mother's day started out terribly! Nothing was going as planned. I did however recieve a very sweet card from Mackenzie & one from Matt. <3 The day ended on a great note though. :)

-Miss Emily is growing like a weed and will be 5 months old on Saturday! Almost half way to her first birthday! YIKES! She is eating baby food now, and she loves loves loves it! Mackenzie is getting very excited about starting school in August, but before Kindergarten she gets to enjoy VBS this year & church camp at the beginning of August! Very exciting for her.

That's about all thats been going on lately. Very very boring, I know. But it's our life. And we enjoy it.

I did It.

I finally started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred yesterday. Let me tell you, I am S-O-R-E today!! It hurts to breathe in deep. My upper back is extremely sore. But thats what keeps me going when it comes to workouts. I love the burn, lets me know i'm doing a good thing for my body! My arms aren't nearly as sore as I thought they'd be, but I'm okay with that. Even after only 1 day with this program, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good workout. I will be attempting to do todays workout. It may not happen without a few tears, but it WILL happen! I am determined.


P.S.
-Our Easter this year was very fun! It was Emily's first Easter and she couldn't have cared less what day it was, much less what was in her basket! :) I would love to post some pics of our Easter, but blogspot will not allow me to for some reason. When this issue is resolved, I will post some pictures.
