I have been feeling great these past few days! I haven't been getting a sick feeling every time I see/smell food..which is a wonderful thing! Two days ago I decided to get after the mound of laundry that had been waiting for me in my room for the past two months, and I completed what I set out to complete! The bedroom is FINALLY all spic and span. Then, I worked on the dishes, && O.M.G. was that a task. The thought of cleaning dishes made me want to throw up in my mouth, but, because I have been feeling better lately, I totally did ALL the dishes, all at once, and didn't gag not once! I was so excited! Yesterday Mackenzie & I tackled her bedroom and went through all of her clothes to sort through the ones that were too little for her. [There was alot!] I had her clean her bathroom, which was done in a jiffy seeing as she doesn't ever use her bathroom, not even to take baths anymore, she'd rather take a shower in Mommy & Daddy's shower. *Such a big girl* So, for the past two days, Mackenzie and I clean everyday to ensure that Mommy will not have spend hours upon hours cleaning the whole house. Its working quite well so far. Wish me luck!
Today, I woke up at 6:40am, right after Matt left, and started my day. I got a shower and put some clothes on to wash. Then I got my breakfast ready, sat down on the couch and got some news in. All the while Mackenzie was still sleeping. [YAY] She never sleeps past 7. Unless I get up before her that is! Yesterday, I also got up before Mackenzie. (see, this keeping your house clean thing, does crazy things to you!) She woke up right before 8:00am and she was being so cute! She woke up in a good mood, ready to go grocery shopping. I had to laugh at this, because we don't go grocery shopping until Daddy gets home from work, but dang it, she was in such a good mood, she was willing to walk to the grocery store! She is also very excited about dinner tonite. We are going to a Chinese buffet tonite, and they have a huge pond with lots of fish in it, in the middle of the restaurant at the entrance. She LOVES to play with those fish!
Next week we will be going to the Zoo with my mom and niece, Sidni. Mackenzie went once about 2 1/2 years ago, and hasn't stopped talking about it since. So, you can imagine how excited she is about going next week! And honestly, I'm a little excited too! I just wish the high for that day was about 75! Instead, it will be in the 90's! YUCK! [I will be sure to post LOTS of pics from the Zoo trip!]
In 19 days my baby girl will be leaving Matt and I to go to Pennsylvania with her Grammi to visit Matt's side of the family there. I am so sad. She is excited about going on an airplane and visiting someone else, but I'm not sure how she will do being gone for mulitple days, and at bedtime, I know she will not do good. It makes me so sad that I won't be there to comfort her. My biggest fear is that she is going to think we gave her away! :( That may sound stupid, but its a true fear..and its eating me alive! SO.....to preoccupy my mind [somewhat] while she's gone, my cousin, mom and myself will be painting the baby room! YAY for paint! I won't know the sex of the baby at the time of said painting, but the colors will still be the same, the only difference if its a girl, is we will be adding giant PiNK bubbles on the light green walls. I'm super excited! Although I will be trying to convince my doctor to give me a gender ultrasound sooner than scheduled. ;) But if he doesn't go for it, thats completely fine, because I will still be finding out in July..around the 17th. And for Matt's sake, I hope its a boy....although I secretly would squeal with excitement if we had another girl! But lets keep that quiet, if Matt caught wind of that, we'd all be in trouble.
